William M. Moore
William M. "Bill" Moore was the fourth head college football coach for the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils located in New Britain, Connecticut and he held that position for three seasons, from 1959 until 1961. His coaching record at Central Connecticut was 9 wins, 15 losses, and 1 tie. As of the conclusion of the 2007 season, this ranks him 11th at Central Connecticut in total wins and eighth at Central Connecticut in winning percentage (.380).[1]
